Capital Area Handbell Festival

Join hundreds of other ringers to work with Fred Gramann at the Capital Area Handbell Festival. Massed pieces (plus an optional piece) will be rehearsed in preparation of a concert at the end of the day. In addition to the massed ringing, choirs may choose to perform a solo. Registration includes lunch and a lunchtime concert by The Raleigh Ringers. Saturday’s activities begin with a downbeat at 9:00 am and conclude with a free massed choir concert at 4:00 pm.

Additional Weekend Activities

Workshop

Friday, November 6, 7-10 pm at the Kerr Scott Building.
Clinician Fred Gramann will lead ringers through a sight-reading packet and workshop.

Advanced Read & Ring

Sunday, November 8, 1:30-5:30 pm at Raleigh Ringer Central.
Director David Harris will lead this reading session of advanced handbell music.

Registration for these standalone events is done through the CAHF registration form (online or paper). Registration will begin in the late spring.
